Our Motorization Nasa Motorizacija Kingdom of Yugoslavia Badge Pin Military?

Nasa Motorizacija badge with double pin. I have only found one other photo with same item on a Slovenian site. The site states it is no longer active and they blur out the writing. I was able to make out some large print and here is what I know.  It stated it was from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia and Nasa Motorizacija translates to Our Motorization. Looking at other military badges from Yugoslavia it has a
similar
layout with the crown on top and the wings coming out of an object (Anchor in another example) Perhaps you can shed some light. It measures 1 1/4" at the widest point and not including the pins it is 1 1/8" tall. Looks like there is a little bit of a black paint or marker on the center portion of vehicle and one fender.

Your item will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving your payment. If you think there is a better USPS or UPS option, I am open to adding a different service. If you’re out of the US we will only ship with USPS Priority service which has tracking. I realize that shipping can be expensive, but I prefer to have tracking on the item for both of our protection. If you don't care for the Global Shipping option, please be aware of the shipping options prior to bidding. Your item will be package with the upmost care. I sometimes recycle boxes and padding, but only if they are in good condition.
Free shipping excludes Hawaii, Alaska and other US territories.
