SHIPPING
Our store hours are 10am to 6pm Monday - Saturday. Orders placed after 10am will ship on our next business day. Each item is carefully packaged to assure it arrives safely. High value items will display a security strip on the packaging and will require a delivery signature. If the security strip shows evidence of tampering and your item is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately, as well as contacting your local postal carrier. You must have a verified address in order for us to provide fast and accurate shipping. Please include your email address with all purchases as we will provide tracking numbers as needed. You can find your item's tracking number in the "Purchase History" >> "Orders" section of your account.

If you wish to return your item, we offer a 30-day money back return policy - buyer pays return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition. Items damaged while in the buyer's care will not be accepted and the buyer will be reported to Ebay.  Ebay does not require sellers to accept returns for bullion items.
